Terms & Conditions
Last updated 15 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of DailySundry (the "Service"), a business directory operated by DailySundry, a sole proprietorship in India (Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001, India). By using the Service - browsing it, sending an enquiry, starting a chat, listing a business or buying a plan - you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Two documents sit beside this one and form part of it: the Use Policy, which governs what may be said and shared here, and the Privacy Policy, which explains what we hold about you and why.
1. What DailySundry is, and what it is not
DailySundry is a directory. It lists businesses, and what they say they sell, so that visitors can find and contact them. That is the whole of the Service.
We are not a party to anything that follows. We do not sell, supply, broker, inspect, endorse, insure or guarantee any product, service or business listed here. We take no commission on any deal, hold no money for either side, and have no part in delivery, payment, quality or any dispute between a buyer and a seller. Any contract you enter into after meeting through this Service is between you and the other party alone.
We do not check that a listed business is solvent, licensed, competent or honest. Where a listing carries a badge, that badge means only what the site says beside it - nothing more. Satisfy yourself about anyone you deal with before you send money or goods.
2. Where listings come from
A listing reaches this directory in one of two ways.
The business put it here. The owner, or a member of the company's team acting for it, registered on the website, proved an email address and entered the company's details. Whoever registers a business confirms that they are the owner or are authorised to list it on the business's behalf, and the business is responsible for what they publish.
We compiled it. The directory also holds business records assembled from outside sources - information the businesses had already published, data obtained from commercial data suppliers, and details derived by automated tools from public sources such as a company website. A record of that kind was created without the business taking part, and its presence here does not mean the business asked to be listed, agreed to be listed, or knows that it is.
A compiled record may be wrong. Some details in one - an email address in particular - may have been derived by a tool rather than given to us by anyone, and may be inaccurate, out of date or simply mistaken. We make no representation that a compiled record is accurate or complete, and it should not be relied on as proof of anything. If a listing is wrong, tell us and we will correct it or take it down.
Any listing may be wrong, and none of them is checked. The paragraph above is about records we compiled, but a listing entered by the business itself is no more verified. We do not confirm an address, a telephone number, an email address, a website, a registration or tax number, a company type, an employee count, or that a business trades in what its categories say it trades in. Details also go stale on their own: firms move, numbers are reassigned, people leave, and a listing sits here saying what was true when it was written. Photographs, logos, product descriptions, prices and articles are supplied by the business and are its statements, not ours. Treat everything on a listing as a starting point for your own enquiries and confirm anything that matters - an address you are shipping to, a number you are wiring money against, a certification you are relying on - with the business direct, before you act on it.
You can have it removed, and you need not give a reason. Any business named in a compiled listing, and any individual whose personal details appear in one, may have it taken down through Claim, remove or report a listing. There is no charge, we do not ask you to justify it, and you do not need an account. We act within 7 days of confirming the request, usually sooner. You may instead claim the listing and keep it, in which case it becomes yours to edit.
3. Your account
An account is created when you register a business, send an enquiry, or start a chat. You are responsible for what is done through it and for keeping control of the email address it is tied to. We log you in with a one-time code sent to that address, so anyone who can read your email can reach your account.
The Service is for business use, by people aged 18 or over acting for a business. It is not meant for children and we do not knowingly hold a child's data.
We record your acceptance of these Terms with the time, IP address, browser and approximate location, as evidence that consent was given. You may close your account at any time by asking us.
4. Listing a business
If you list a business you confirm that you may act for it, that what you publish is true, and that you own or are licensed to use everything you upload - text, logos, photographs, documents. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, index and reproduce it in order to run and promote the directory, for as long as the listing is published. That includes showing it in our sitemap, RSS feeds, share images and search results, sending its web address to search engines, and letting search engines and AI assistants read and quote the public page.
Photos carry our mark. Product and gallery photos are published with a small DailySundry mark in one corner, added automatically when they are saved. We keep your unmarked original privately and do not publish it. The mark says where the photo was published; it does not claim ownership of it.
Listings are reviewed before they go live. We may decline, edit, unpublish or delete any listing or anything on it - for a breach of these Terms or the Use Policy, because the law requires it, or because someone has made a credible complaint about it. Where we remove a listing we will normally say why.
5. Enquiries, chat and contact details
Enquiries and chat exist so that a visitor can reach a business. Use them for that. What is sent through them may be stored, emailed to the participants, and read by us where we need to enforce these Terms or the Use Policy.
Enquiries are screened before delivery. An administrator reads each enquiry before it is passed to the business, and we may decline to deliver one that is spam, abusive or in breach of these Terms. Delivery therefore is not instant. Chat messages are not screened in advance; they reach the business as they are written.
Contact details on a listing are shown on request, and a paid plan or a credit may be needed to see them. A visitor who is not signed in may reveal a small number a day before being asked to register. A business may also choose not to publish its details at all, in which case they are revealed on request in the same way, and enquiry and chat remain open. Making that choice does not reduce anything else its plan provides. They are given to you so that you can contact that business about its business. You may not collect, copy, export, resell or build a database from them, and you may not use them to send bulk or unsolicited marketing. Automated collection - scraping, crawling for extraction or anything similar - is prohibited. Reveals are rate-limited and logged.
When a credit is spent on a chat. Starting a conversation costs nothing. The credit is taken when you send your first message in it - not when the business replies, which is not yours to control. One credit opens that business for enquiry, chat and contact details together for the rest of your term, so the second and later conversations with the same business cost nothing. Contact details you have seen stay visible to you after your term ends as well - they are not taken back and do not cost a credit again; only a new enquiry or chat in a later term does. Reaching a business whose plan makes it free to contact costs nothing, unless it has chosen to keep its details off the page, in which case it is opened with a credit like any other.
How many conversations you may have open. There is no cap on how many conversations you hold at once. Your browser will keep at most five chat windows on screen at a time; close one to open another. Nothing is lost by closing a window, and no conversation ends because of it.
What the business sees about you. A business that receives your enquiry is shown what you typed, and - where you have a listing of your own on this directory - its website and address, so it knows who it is being asked to quote. It is not shown your IP address, your location or your browser. Those are recorded for abuse investigations and are visible only to us; the Privacy Policy says what is kept and for how long.
We may stop a conversation. Where a conversation breaches these Terms or the Use Policy we may close it from our side. Both people in it are told, and are shown the reason we recorded. A business can also stop a conversation on its own listing, and can reopen one it stopped; one we stopped stays stopped until we lift it.
Where a form asks whether your number is on WhatsApp and you say it is, that number is passed to the business you are contacting as a WhatsApp contact and shown to them beside your other details. Telling us a number reaches you on WhatsApp is how you agree to be contacted there about that enquiry or conversation. It is not consent to marketing, which the Use Policy prohibits, and you can remove the number from your account at any time.
6. Plans, credits and payment
Paid plans and lead-credit packs are described on the pricing page, and the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is taken by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
We are not currently registered for Goods and Services Tax, so no GST is added to a price. If that changes, any tax will be shown at checkout and on your invoice before you pay. Prices are shown in rupees or, where a plan is offered in dollars, in US dollars; if you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider sets the exchange rate and any fee.
A plan runs for the term stated when you buy it and does not renew on its own - it lapses unless you buy another. Credits are used as you spend them and expire with the term they were bought in. What a plan includes may change, but a change never reduces what you have already paid for during its term.
A plan has two clocks, and the pricing page states both. The membership runs for its full term, while the lead allowances - enquiries and chats you can read, and companies you can contact - refill every 30 days. How much you may publish is a standing total for the listing rather than something that refills. Enquiries and chats beyond an allowance are not thrown away: they are held, you are told they arrived, and they open when you upgrade or unlock them individually.
Refunds and cancellations are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service itself - its software, design, arrangement, and the DailySundry name and logo - belongs to us. You may not copy it, reproduce it, or build a competing directory out of it, in whole or in substantial part.
9. What we do not promise
The Service is provided as it is and as it is available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that anything published on it is accurate, current or complete. Much of what is here was written by other people, or compiled from outside sources, and we do not check it.
So far as the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, goodwill or data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded - including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Where we are liable to you despite the above, our total liability for all claims arising in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of what you paid us in that period and ₹5,000.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service, from what you publish through it, or from your breach of these Terms.
10. Links to other websites
A great deal of the Service points somewhere else. A listing carries the company's own website and social links, its products and articles link on to its pages, and the reference sections link to embassies, ports and other outside bodies. None of those sites are ours and none of them are under our control.
We do not check them. We are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices, the goods or services they offer, or what happens if you buy from them. A link is not a recommendation, and it is not a promise that the site is safe, accurate, or still there. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or your reliance on, anything found on a site we linked to.
Before you rely on one of them - and certainly before you pay one of them - read that site's own terms and privacy policy. Ours stop at the edge of this one.
11. Suspension, and ending your use
You may stop using the Service whenever you like. We may suspend or end access - and remove content - where these Terms or the Use Policy are breached, where the law requires it, or where carrying on would expose us or another user to harm. Where an account ends because of a breach, no refund is due.
Ending an account takes effect at once rather than at the next log in: any session already open on it is closed, and the account cannot log in again. Conversations it was part of stop accepting messages, and the person on the other side is told the company is no longer available rather than being left writing into silence. Messages already sent are not deleted, and neither side is notified further about a conversation that has stopped.
12. Complaints and the Grievance Officer
If something here is unlawful, infringes your rights, or should not be published, tell the Grievance Officer. This is also the route for a complaint about how we have handled a removal request or your personal data.

We acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 days, in line with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Tell us what the content is, where it is, who you are, and what you say is wrong with it.
13. Complying with the law
DailySundry is an online intermediary under India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. That means:
- the Use Policy lists what you must not host, publish or share here, and breaking it lets us remove the content and end your access immediately;
- we remove or disable content within 36 hours of a court order or a lawful notice from the appropriate government agency, and within 24 hours of a complaint that content exposes a person's private area, shows them in a sexual act, or impersonates them;
- when we remove content or an account, we keep the information about it for 180 days, or longer if a court or agency asks, for investigation;
- where a government agency lawfully asks for information or help to verify identity, or to prevent, detect, investigate or prosecute an offence, we provide it within 72 hours;
- at least once a year we remind registered members of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Use Policy, and that breaking them can end their access;
- we report cyber security incidents to CERT-In as the law requires.
14. Using the Service from outside India
The Service is open to businesses and visitors worldwide. If you use it from outside India you are responsible for following the laws that apply where you are, including laws on importing, exporting and trading the goods or services you deal in, and trade sanctions. You may not use the Service if you are barred from receiving services under the sanctions laws of India, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or on behalf of anyone who is.
Nothing on a listing is an offer made in a country where that offer would be unlawful. Where the law of the country you live in gives you rights that cannot be taken away by contract, section 15 keeps them.
15. Law, and where disputes are heard
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
If you use the Service from a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be contracted away, those rights stand, and nothing here takes them from you.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. Where a change materially reduces your rights we will say so on the site before it takes effect.
17. General terms
Whole agreement. These Terms, the Use Policy, the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service, and replace anything said before.
If part fails. If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is limited to the extent needed and the rest stays in force.
No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
Transfer. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else without our written agreement. We may transfer them to a successor, including a company we incorporate to run the Service, and will tell you if we do.
Events outside our control. We are not responsible for a delay or failure caused by events we could not reasonably control, such as a failure of the internet, a hosting or payment provider, power, a natural disaster or an act of government.
Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account, or show them on the site. You send notices to us at the email address below, or by post to DailySundry, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001, India.
