How do buyers find a business?
Companies are listed by category and by location - country, state and city - so a buyer can narrow to suppliers who can actually serve them.
Who controls a listing?
Every listing is owned by the business itself: contact details, products and services, offers, news and blog posts, and a gallery - all edited from their own console.
How do buyers and businesses get in touch?
Buyers send an enquiry or start a chat from the listing. Owners get an email alert and reply from their dashboard, so a lead never sits in a shared inbox.
Is every listing checked?
New listings and content are reviewed before they go public, and anything rejected comes back with the reason attached rather than disappearing quietly.
How does a listing get seen?
Free listings appear in search and category results with their address and website. Paid plans rank higher, carry more products, news, offers and images, and unlock the leads that arrive beyond the free allowance. What each plan includes is on the pricing page.
How do buyers reach a business?
A buyer can send an enquiry, start a chat, or reveal the company's contact details. Each of those spends one lead credit and opens that company for all three - so once a buyer has connected with a supplier, following up costs nothing more.
